Summertime is the perfect season for an outdoor evening wedding. We put together this wedding theme to give you an idea of how to style your wedding tables with a relaxed tropical style. A little boho, this theme pairs natural elements with some classic tropical themes.
These long tables are great for featuring lots of decor. If you plan on using something like a banquet table or a King’s Table, this gives you a lot of space to play with. Consider long and low floral arrangements, which allow your guests to see each other during dinner. We went with a colorful arrangement with orange, white and pinks for some color. This was paired with some tropical foliage leaves not only in the arrangements but down the center of the table as a sort of runner.
Decor elements can make your table unique. Of course you can use simple elements put together to create a layered look but if you can find items that match your theme it can really make your event decor special. We used palm tree candlestick holders that of course scream tropical. We also used some other elements to bring in a natural element, like these hand carved wooden balls. Of course a dinner table isn’t complete without candles so we used green votive holders down the center of the table.
For the place settings, we went with a natural wicker placemat in lieu of a charger and a vintage style plate paired with a warm brown napkin.
