Clean & Clear

With the Tower Bridge just steps from the entrance to Embassy Suites Sacramento Riverfront Promenade, we had to set up our first ceremony site with it in view. With such a scenic backdrop, we didn’t need to add much to the spacious outdoor patio. A draped altar, clear hanging vases with vases of greens made for the clean and clear look. Ghost chairs were perfect for our theme, inside and out.

Inside Embassy Suites is a light and bright atrium filled with incredible plants and statuary, overlooked by a spacious event terrace. On the terrace you’ll find privacy and accommodations adjacent for your bridal party. Great year-round, a simple altar, seating and additional greens make a lovely spot to say your vows. Warm in the winter, cool in the summer, it’s a great option to take your wedding back indoors which is trending for 2019!

Once the guests have witnessed the main event, it’s off to the ballroom for the festivities. The newly renovated space is lush in rich gold tones. With this neutral landscape, we opted to go with neutral taupe linens with lush lace overlays. The head table sported a variation of the guest tables, with a larger patterned overlay, long enough to place clear vases with floating candles. A special centerpiece was just for the bride and groom in white and green, along with a cozy loveseat.

Guest tables were set with clear glass chargers, three sizes of clear vases with floating candles and DIY sage green vases of small stems, and clear table number. No extra greens here, our stylist wanted a clean, uncluttered look.

Quality service is what Embassy Suites does best. Expect nothing but excellence from the catering staff. The tasty and beautiful display showed the versatility of the offerings for appetizers. From cocktail to dinner hour, the chef can accommodate the perfect menu for everyone. The best part is after the reception, you can retire to your room without worry.
